What is your return policy?

All returns, exchanges, claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items, and packages lost in transit must be submitted no later than 25 days after the estimated delivery date or when the product was received. We do not consider anything beyond 25 calendar days. Please contact us first to initiate any return action to avoid/minimize added shipping costs.

Whoopsie! I gave you the wrong address to ship my order - can I fix that?

Please ensure you enter the correct address to where you want your goods delivered. If you provide an insufficient address, the shipment will be returned to our facility. Because we have to pay twice to send it, we will charge you reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address.

I wasn’t able to sign for my delivery and it was sent back to you. What now?

First contact your local courier to confirm whether they will attempt to redeliver to you - that might be all it takes! For shipments that go unclaimed and are returned to our facility, to reship the items to you, we will charge you the cost of shipping.

I purchased the wrong thing, can I exchange it?

For all exchanges, contact us first to ensure we have the item you want to exchange for and to initiate that process. You may incur shipping costs that we will not reimburse if you do not contact us first.

What address do I send my return order to?

For any return or exchange, contact us first to initiate the process. You may incur shipping costs that we will not reimburse if you do not contact us first. We utilize different warehouse facilities for orders placed outside of the United States and Mexico. International orders must be sent to our partner warehouse based on where your package was fulfilled.
